The Culinary Medicine College - Diploma in Culinary Medicine is a 10 module course that takes you on a learning journey. We help to develop your core competencies as someone who can support clients/patients through lifestyle change in a safe and effective manner. We then give you a firm grounding in the science of Nutritional Medicine. This is not to train you as a clinician, it is so you understand the complexities of and needs associated with many of the health challenges that plague our healthcare system. If you understand the science and theory behind this, you can help your clients make change effectively and work alongside their clinical practitioner to support clients through every step. The modules are challenging, detailed, and are made up of written material, video lectures, video interviews with leading clinicians and researchers and more.
